Let me introduce myself…

Hi, I’m Sarah, the Broker and Founder of Atlas TC Agency. My real estate journey began over ten years ago as a Transaction Coordinator, where I worked side-by-side with a top-producing agent—attending countless inspections, appraisals, showings, and of course, TCing. From there, I went on to represent my own buyers and sellers, gaining a full-spectrum understanding of what agents truly need from their TC.

In 2019, I expanded into the luxury vacation rental space and currently serve as an Associate Broker for Gather Vacations. I’ve managed high-end short-term rentals, handled reservations and guest communications, and curated elevated guest experiences—all while staying rooted in my real estate foundation.

Today, as a Licensed Broker, I bring the same energy, precision, and commitment to Atlas TC Agency. My approach blends big-picture strategy with a sharp eye for detail. I love helping agents feel supported, confident, and ahead of the curve.

While most of my business is in La Jolla, I currently live in Scripps Ranch with my husband, Burke, and our dog, Big Poppy. I’m an outdoorsy soul who loves hiking, gardening, beach days, live music, and learning piano from my little sister. I can’t wait to take your business to the next level!
